Booking conditions

In summer season, bookings are only possibly in weekly blocks (arrival/departure days are Friday, Saturday or Sunday). In other seasons, we will accept bookings from 3 nights upwards.

After we have received your binding, written registration, we ask you to put down a deposit of 50% of the basic rent in order to secure your booking. If we have not received this sum by the date stated in the deposit request, the holiday home will be put back on offer. The receipt of your deposit secures your booking and you will receive a written confirmation of this. All remaining charges are to be paid on site.

In the case of late arrival or early departure, all booked days will be charged in full.

The holiday homes are available from 3pm on your day of arrival and are to be left broom-clean by 10am on your day of departure. On your arrival you will be asked to leave a deposit of 50.00 € at reception for keys, dishes and cleaning. Insufficient cleaning, as well as damaged or missing equipment or furnishings will be charged for on your departure. For holiday homes, no discount systems are in place.

Information given on the phone or side agreements, no matter which kind, are only part of the contract if they have been confirmed in writing.

Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the holiday homes.

Cancellation agreement

Summer season: In the case of short notice cancellation (between 1 and 30 days before arrival), 100% of the deposit will be retained. In the case of earlier cancellation, we will retain 30.00 € as an administration fee and transfer the remaining amount back to you. 

Shoulder season: In the case of short notice cancellation, 50% - 100% of the deposit will be retained (15-30 days before arrival: 50%; 1-14 days: 100%)
