Booking conditions

BOOKING

In the summer season and low season only weekly bookings are possible. Arrival/departure days are Saturday or Sunday. In spring and autumn bookings are possible for a minimum stay of 3 nights. An exception is the long weekend around Ascension Day. Here we have a minimum stay of 4 nights.

You can not book a specific room number. We confirm only the categorie.

By accepting our offer you accept our booking and cancellation conditions.

PREPAYMENT / FIXING

The deposit is 50% of the total cost of the booked stay. After accepting the offer, you will receive an e-mail with a link to our billing partner Hobex, with the option of paying directly using Visa, Mastercard or instant bank transfer. The transferred amount fixes your booking, your holiday at the Berghof is thus secured, whereby the booked travel dates are binding in the summer season (01.07. - 27.08.2023). You will then receive a written confirmation by e-mail.

In case your payment has not arrived in time we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation without further notice.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

The accommodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. On departure day you have to leave until 10am. In case of a later arrival or earlier departure than booked, all relevant days must be fully paid.

ALTERATIONS

After you have paid your deposit and you may wish to change some elements of the holiday, we shall try to meet your request. However, a charge of € 30,00 for any alteration may be payable. Any alterations, additional agreements, on air-information of any kind, are binding only if it’s written confirmed by us.

SUMMER SEASON

If you cancel your holiday on short notice (1-30 days before arrival) or you don’t arrive without informing us, we´ll keep 100% of the received payment. For earlier cancellations we´ll charge € 40,00 as cancellation charge and will return the rest of your prepayment.

LOW SEASON

If you cancel your holiday 1-14 days before arrival or you don’t arrive without informing us, we’ll keep 100% of your prepayment.

Cancellation 15 – 30 days before arrival we’ll keep 50% of your prepayment. For earlier cancellations we´ll charge € 40,00 as cancellation charge and will return the rest of your prepayment.

We would therefore recommend that you conclude a cancellation insurance.

SUMMER SEASON

In summer season dogs are not allowed.

SPRING, LOW AND AUTOMN SEASON

Dogs are only allowed in off season. One small dog per room. 

Maximum height: knee height
