Booking conditions

In summer season, bookings will only be taken for stays of one week or longer (arrival and departure days are Friday, Saturday or Sunday). In other seasons, we also take bookings of 3 nights or more.

After we have received your binding, written registration, we ask you to put down a deposit of 50% of the basic rent in order to secure your booking. If we have not received this sum by the date stated in the deposit request, the room/apartment will be put back on offer. The receipt of your deposit secures your booking and you will receive a written confirmation of this. All remaining charges (final cleaning, taxes) are to be paid on site.

In the case of late arrival or early departure, all booked days will be charged in full.

The rooms/apartments are available from 3pm on your day of arrival and are to be left broom-clean by 10am on your day of departure. On your arrival you will be asked to leave a deposit of 10.00 € at reception for the key. Insufficient cleaning, as well as damaged or missing equipment or furnishings will be charged for on your departure. For rooms/apartments, no discount systems are in place.

Information given on the phone or side agreements, no matter which kind, are only part of the contract if they have been confirmed in writing.

Small dogs are allowed in the rooms during low season. During Summer season (1/7 - 31/8), we do not admit dogs.


Cancellation agreement

Summer season: In the case of short notice cancellation (between 1 and 30 days before arrival), 100% of the deposit will be retained. In the case of earlier cancellation, we will retain 30.00 € as an administration fee and transfer the remaining amount back to you. 

Shoulder season: In the case of short notice cancellation, 50% - 100% of the deposit will be retained (15-30 days before arrival: 50%; 1-14 days: 100%)
