Booking conditions
for the reservation of our mobilehomes
SUMMER 2026
During the summer season, mobilehomes can only be booked on a weekly basis. Arrival and departure days are Saturday or Sunday.
During the mid-season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with daily arrivals and departures possible.
In spring and autumn, we also accept reservations from a minimum of 3 nights. Daily arrivals and departures are possible.
WINTER 2026 / 2027
During the Advent season (29 Nov 2026 – 21 Dec 2026), bookings are possible from a minimum of 2 nights, with daily arrivals and departures.
During the high winter season (27 Dec 2026 – 6 Jan 2027), the minimum stay is 7 nights, with daily arrivals and departures.
During the low season (6 Jan 2027 – 30 Mar 2027), bookings are possible from a minimum of 3 nights, with daily arrivals and departures.
When making a booking, we confirm the category only. Specific house numbers cannot be reserved.
By accepting our offer, you agree to our booking and cancellation terms and conditions.
The accommodation is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. In case of late arrival and/or early departure, all booked days will be charged in full.
On the day of arrival, you can check in until 10:00 pm.
In case of unannounced late arrival or no-show, the accommodation may be reassigned from 12:00 pm on the following day.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the basic rental price is required. As soon as we receive your deposit, your booking is confirmed, and you will automatically receive a written confirmation after the payment has been received.
The remaining balance is to be paid on site at departure.
If the deposit is not received by the date stated in the deposit request, your reservation will be cancelled.
SUMMER 2026
HIGH SEASON (04 July – 30 Aug 2026)
100% of the deposit will be retained in case of:
- Short-notice cancellation 1–60 days before the scheduled arrival
- Cancellation on the day of arrival
- Unannounced no-show
In case of earlier cancellation (more than 60 days before arrival), a cancellation fee of €40.00 will be charged and deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded.
LOW SEASONS (17 Apr – 04 July 2026 / 30 Aug – 02 Nov 2026)
100% of the deposit will be retained in case of:
- Short-notice cancellation 1–14 days before the scheduled arrival
- Cancellation on the day of arrival
- Unannounced no-show
50% of the deposit will be retained and the remaining amount refunded in case of:
- Cancellation 15–30 days before the scheduled arrival
In case of earlier cancellation (more than 30 days before arrival), a cancellation fee of €40.00 will be charged and deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded.
WINTER 2026/27
LOW SEASONS (Advent & low season)
100% of the deposit will be retained in case of:
- Short-notice cancellation 1–14 days before the scheduled arrival
- Cancellation on the day of arrival
- Unannounced no-show
50% of the deposit will be retained and the remaining amount refunded in case of:
- Cancellation 15–30 days before the scheduled arrival
In case of earlier cancellation (more than 30 days before arrival), a cancellation fee of €40.00 will be charged and deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded.
HIGH WINTER SEASON
100% of the deposit will be retained in case of:
- Short-notice cancellation 1–30 days before the scheduled arrival
- Cancellation on the day of arrival
- Unannounced no-show
In case of earlier cancellation (more than 30 days before arrival), a cancellation fee of €40.00 will be charged and deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance, for example via www.europaeische.at or your credit card provider.
Please note that it is not possible to take out cancellation insurance directly through us.
The bringing of pets into the accommodation is not allowed.
Any changes to your reservation, of whatever kind, must be made in writing. Changes are only valid once they have been confirmed by us in writing. Depending on the effort involved, a fee of €30 may be charged for any changes.
Telephone information or additional agreements of any kind are only considered part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.
