Booking conditions


In summer season, bookings are only possibly in weekly blocks. Arrival/departure days are Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

In other seasons, we will happily accept bookings from 3 nights upwards.

We will confirm the category of the mobile home to you, however we are not able to inform you of your specific pitch number. For mobile homes, no discount systems are in place.


After we have received your binding, written registration, we ask you to put down a deposit of 50% of the basic rent in order to secure your booking. The receipt of your deposit secures your booking and you will receive a written confirmation of this.  If we have not received this sum by the date stated in the deposit request, the mobile home will be put back on offer. All remaining charges (final cleaning, taxes) are to be paid on site.


The mobile homes are available from 3pm on your day of arrival and are to be left broom-clean by 10am on your day of departure. Insufficient cleaning, as well as damaged or missing equipment or furnishings will be charged for on your departure.

In the case of late arrival or early departure, all booked days must be paid in full.


After you have paid your deposit you may wish to change some elements of the holiday (pitch, time,..). We shall try to meet your request, however, a charge of € 30,00 for any alteration may be payable.

Any additional agreements, on-air-information of any kind, are binding only if confirmed by us in writing.


Dogs are not allowed in the mobilehome.



Cancellation agreement

Summer season: In the case of short notice cancellation (between 1 and 30 days before arrival), 100% of the deposit will be retained. In the case of earlier cancellation, we will retain 30.00 € as an administration fee and transfer the remaining amount back to you. 

Shoulder season: In the case of short notice cancellation, 50% - 100% of the deposit will be retained (15-30 days before arrival: 50%; 1-14 days: 100%)
