Halloween around Lake Ossiach
Autumn is getting a little more mysterious around Lake Ossiach! From 16 October to 1 November 2026, the Villach region offers numerous Halloween specials and exciting autumn experiences.
At Familywald Ossiacher See, the forest transforms into a spooky world full of scary shows, riddles and nighttime adventures. At Affenberg Landskron, you can look forward to mysterious monkey tours, pumpkin carving and an exciting treasure hunt. Halloween also comes to Burg Landskron, where you can experience impressive birds of prey at the Adlerarena and even take a souvenir photo with an owl.
If you prefer something more relaxing, enjoy an autumn boat trip on Lake Ossiach or take the cable car up the Gerlitzen Alpe. There is something for families, couples and anyone who enjoys an active autumn getaway.
